1. Order Addressing Care
We will ship all products to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.
To ensure successful delivery, please double-check all address details — including street name, number, postal code, and any additional information such as apartment or unit number — before completing your order.
2. Recipient Absent
Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive your package.

The postal service will attempt delivery up to three times.

If no one is available during these attempts, the package will be sent to the nearest postal office for collection.

The recipient must collect the package within 7 consecutive days.
Failure to collect the item will result in it being returned to the sender, and a new shipping fee will be required to resend the order.
All delivery attempts and pickup details (including the location of the postal office) can be viewed in the order’s tracking information, sent to your email.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Tarte Cosmetics is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

If the package is returned due to incorrect address details, no new delivery attempts will be made to the same address.

No refund will be issued for orders undeliverable for this reason.

A new shipping fee of $15 (covering postal costs and handling) will be required to resend the product.
4. Processing Time
Order processing and separation time: 1 to 3 business days.
After payment confirmation, your order goes through preparation, packaging, and dispatch stages.
This process typically takes 1 to 3 business days before shipment.
5. Shipping and Tracking Code
You will receive a tracking code via the email provided at checkout within 7 business days after your order has been processed.
As our products are shipped internationally, tracking may take 5 to 10 business days to become active and visible on the courier’s website once the package is in transit.
6. Delivery Timeframe
Estimated delivery time is between 10 and 20 business days after dispatch.
Based on historical data, 80% of customers receive their orders within approximately 15 business days.
7. Origin of Products
Our beauty and skincare products are sourced from certified suppliers in Europe and Asia.
Some orders may be shipped in multiple packages if items come from different warehouses.
In such cases, you will receive separate tracking numbers.
8. Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via the local postal service.
In certain situations — such as failed delivery attempts, regional delivery restrictions, or incomplete address information — the package may be available for pickup at the nearest postal office.
Please ensure your address is correctly entered to avoid delivery issues.
If the order cannot be delivered due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
The postal service will attempt delivery three times. If all attempts fail, the package will remain at the postal office for 7 days before being returned to the sender.
